Therapy is not about “getting advice” or being “told what to do”.  It’s about getting to know yourself enough to make the decisions you know are best for you.

Being a young person today is much harder than the world makes it out to be. Managing the transition from adolescence to young adulthood can be quite jarring, particularly during a time that is rife with uncertainty, fear and anxiety are at an all-time high, and our daily routines and rituals have been upended. I’m here to make space for you or your adolescent child to mourn the life we knew before March of 2020. I’m also here to provide tools to cope in the present, and a listening ear to sort through all the thoughts and feelings that reared their head when the noise of everyday life went quiet.

I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and loss. I approach my clinical practice through a lens that is strengths-based, intersectional, and trauma-informed. Call me for a free 20-minute consultation to determine if I can provide what you are looking for.

Due to current CDC guidelines, I am currently offering remote therapy sessions via Zoom. To learn more, please contact me.
